Siobhan Cole was born and grew up in Cardiff, but currently lives just outside of Oxford with her family. She has a First Class (Hons) BA in English and Creative Writing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and an MA in Prose Fiction from the University of East Anglia.

Her career to date has been incredibly varied, she’s tried her hand at everything from copywriting to bespoke cake making, with a stint as a hypnobirthing instructor along the way. She currently works in student welfare at her local secondary school.

She has been writing on and off for most of her adult life, and her work has been published in Planet Magazine and Heroica. Her short story Find Me In The Freezer Aisle was shortlisted for the Evening Standard Stories Competition in 2023.

Siobhan is currently writing her debut novel Love, Marriage, Murder.
