Evelyn Scott is a 37 year-old Surrey-based academic who suffers from severe endometriosis. She is passionate about rewriting old-fashioned narratives about women’s pain and suffering, and encouraging systemic change for women with reproductive disease. She has been written for and/or been featured in publications such as The Times, Tortoise News, the Daily Mail, and the Metro, as well as on Channel 5 News. When not writing and advocating for change, Evelyn enjoys spending time with her two dogs – Ghost and Reggie – and her three horses – Bertie, Damson and Finnick.
Her first book will be published in 2026, and sheds light on why so many women are failed by the medical systems that were designed to support them.
