Aimée MacDonald
Aimée is an Edinburgh based writer of novels, short stories and poetry. She studied English Literature at the University of Glasgow, co-edits BROTH zine, a journal of strange writing, and has been published in From Glasgow to Saturn. She loves uncanny historical settings, exacting contemporary voices and all things surreal, grotesque and liminal. Currently, her writing seeks to archive, expand on and subvert local mythologies. Her debut novel The Last Witch on the Knock will be published by John Murray in 2026.
