Emily Pacenti is a South Florida native turned Boston transplant with degrees in political science, gender studies, and educational policy. Raised by two journalists, Emily pursued a passion for creative writing from a young age and eventually published nonfiction essays and articles in The Palm Beach Post and United Press International. Growing up on the fandom internet, she made a home for herself in the cozy world of fan fiction until she began to craft stories of her own. When she’s not busy day dreaming, Emily can be found reading about vampires, playing guitar, or watching figure skating.
