Mika Royd is a writer and curator and has worked as an editor for various publications including Chroma, a queer literary journal. In 2020 they completed an MA in Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University. The same year they were shortlisted for David Higham’s Open Day events for under-represented writers. Their fiction was recently commended for the University of East Anglia’s New Forms Award. Mika lives in Manchester, England.
