Nasim Luczaj is a bilingual poet and Polish-English translator. She is the author of Hind Mouth (Earthbound Press) and the winner of the 2024 Queen Mary Wasafiri New Writing Prize for Poetry.

Her past and upcoming poetry publications include Granta, Poetry London, Wasafiri, Magma, London Magazine, Propel, Prototype (Anthologies 5 and 7), Oxford Poetry, Under the Radar,  free bloody birds, Long Poem Magazine, Four Way Review, Propel, Gutter, Wet Grain, and Spam Zine, among others.

She was commended in Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award, shortlisted for the Aesthetica Creative Writing Award and the Alpine Fellowship, and longlisted in the National Poetry Competition. Luczaj is the recipient of a Poetry London Apprenticeship with Pascale Petit, a graduate of the Creative and Life Writing MA at Goldsmiths, University of London, and an alumna of the National Centre for Writing’s Emerging Translator Mentorship.

Her next pamphlet on love and landscape, channelling the life and letters of Georgia O’Keeffe, is forthcoming with Oblique House in March 2026.
