Simon Tyler
Simon Tyler is an author, illustrator and multidisciplinary designer based in St Leonards-on-Sea. His work has featured in The Times, Telegraph, Mail Online, Guardian, Independent, Elle Decoration, It’s Nice That, and others.
Simon founded the infographic poster brand Atomic Printworks in 2013. This series of posters was distributed across Europe, Scandinavia and the USA. The posters and Isotopiks knowledge cards have been sold in the Design Museum, the Science Museum, the National Gallery of Singapore, and design shops around the world. As a graphic designer, Simon has most recently had experience in environmental graphics, wayfinding and signage, branding, pictogram design and supergraphics.
He has written, designed and illustrated children’s non-fiction books for some of the UK’s leading publishers including Pavilion and Faber & Faber, and is currently working on his first illustrated book for an adult audience – Gizmo – to be published by Laurence King / Orion.
