This full colour picture-book was published by Collins Colour Cubs in 1976 and was part of a series including Captain Pugwash and the Elephant, Captain Pugwash and the New Ship amd Captain Pugwash and the Treasure Chest.  The stories were written but not illustrated by John Ryan.
