Pugwash in the Pacific

This title was the fourth of the original Pugwash series.  It was published by The Bodley Head as a colour picture book in 1973 and reprinted in 1979 and 1992 and will be republished by Frances Lincoln in 2008.

The Admiral is under strict orders from the Prime Minister- to search the Seven Seas, capture Captain Pugwash and bring him back alive.

Fortunately, far away on a sunny island in the middle of the Pacific, Captain Pugwash has no idea of the fearful fate, which awaits him. The sky is blue, the sea is warm and the Captain and his crew are having a lovely time.

How the captain escapes from the teeth of the law and ends up a hero to boot, is told in this swashbuckling tale of high-seas adventure.
