Sanskriti joined David Higham Associates in 2023 following the completion of  her Masters in Intellectual Property law degree from Queen Mary University London. Before this, she worked for a sustainable clothing startup helping secure their IP rights and establishing network connections for funding and R&D. She has experience working in the media and entertainment law industry in India before moving to London.

Sanskriti is responsible for drafting and negotiating foreign rights contracts for all languages except English. She also handles translation permission requests. She assists all translation agents with contract management and administration.
